I stayed at Limra Hotel, Surat for 3 days, but the experience was very disappointing. On all 3 days, I faced issues that were not taken seriously by the hotel staff.
The night front desk officer, was extremely rude and arrogant. He did not know how to speak with customers and kept arguing instead of helping.
On the first day, I informed the morning shift staff about the strong cigarette smoke smell in the room and requested cleaning, but nothing was done.
The phone in the room was not working, and we had to go down to the reception every time for even small issues.
Overall, very poor service and no attention to customer problems. Totally not worth the money. I do not recommend this hotel.
