Overall Good but room provided by them has different type of structure so couldn’t feel good. Service , Food all good but avoid to take Room no. 028😜

Stay at Ginger Surat was very comfortable. I traveled on a business trip for two nights stay on 15/09/2025 to 17/09/2025. The food at the restaurant, I will recommend all the guest must try. Very authentic taste. Staff were too helpful Srimanta Sarkar at restaurant and Sapna Ojha at the front desk was very friendly and polite.

Good Location, Nice food, Good amenities and services. The location is very near to Dumas Road, SI Airport and the office of WCL.

electric kettle not working, socket not working, dental kit etc not available, washroom had lot of scaling. no sugarfree provided even after asking for it.

The Ginger Surat should shut down is all I should say. Most horrible and pathetic experience I had was at Ginger Surat. Wash rooms at railway stations are in better shape. Rooms interiors spoiled and plaster falling off. It's better I do not say any more.
