the room was not clean. mouse was there inside the room. bathroom did not have hooks. glass windows were not able to close.

Poor experience

Staff doesn’t have sense to how to behave with guests, they interrupt you to break privacy repeatedly, MMT shows some facilities like restaurants, wifi and cabs, but hotel don’t have these type of facilities, also hotel doesn’t have energy generator, even lights fluctuate in summer time, and most common thing “Glass” they don’t provide and they don’t have hygienic glass.
