I asked for the water bottle, waiter came with bottle and said to pay bill. I told him that did you not offer free bottle for a day, so he agreed on this but he went back along with bottle and came back with other unbranded water bottle, I asked him why did you change Bisleri to Veta warer bottle than he said that on chargeable basis they offer Bisleri and as complementary they offer Veta.

Poor Stay
I had booked my room , but upon arrival, I was told that I would need to pay extra for a better room. The staff mentioned that if I had booked the room directly (offline), they could have given me a better room at a lower price than what I paid . This was disappointing and felt unfair.

Only for Bachelors Men and not for couples and famil
coupleThe hotel is situated in dense market place near Surat Railway station. it doesn't have exclusive entrance or parking. The entrance is through small Galli of shops, Hotels etc. and then you climb by staircase. The hotel is for bachelor or group of men travelling. Not for family or couples.

Worth the money
Amenities were very good and services were top notch. Fully sensor based equipments. Hence kinda cool.

Bad rooms need to improve rat and facilities
Room was not good as per the price need to improve the facilities not readable to others to this prise but staff are good and polite

businessThough the location was convenient to stay, we had one issue that the bathroom were sensor based, it have us a feeling that there was camera in the bathroom, which they proceed that it was not but it was not a comfortable feeling

Sir, there is no camera in the bathroom of our hotel and the sensor has been installed so that if a customer forgets to switch off the light button, the sensor automatically switches off the ligh visit again ARATI
Highly satisfied and recommended.
I am highly satisfied with the rooms, ambience, cleanliness, most importantly the staff. I booked 4 rooms with 12 guests. They are really taking care of guests, trying hard to serve. They allowed for early checkin and arranged to stay late after checkout with minimal cost. (time as per my train schedule). Rooms are the same as in pics. Location:5min walk from station food: good thank you hotel. Will recommend you for future stays.

Good location
soloHotel is near to station hence one can get local transport easily. Room are small in size for single person they gave room with twin bed. Hotel need to do a pest control there were flies in the room.

Hotel sheetal plaza, surat railway station review
The hotel is within walking distance of the train station. However, the options of buffet breakfast were limited. The hotel and the rooms are neat and clean. However, mattresses and pillows were really hard. The hotel staff was well behaved and helpful. Public transportation is easily available right outside the hotel. Moreover lots of eating options available in the market right outside the hotel are also there.

Very mature and responsible team. Well maintained rooms. The exterior was a bit shabby, but the inside was really good and a 3 star level at a cheap price

Superb stay
businessClean & neat. Polite staff, reception mr. Ansari and room service boys. Fast and prompt service. Located at the heart of surat city and bang opposite surat railway station. Just walking distance. Bathroom was quite spacious and neat.
