Clean, spacious and wonderful location
Had a problem with early check in but otherwise the hotel is located very close to Jhapa Bazar area, the cleanliness is excellently taken care of, interiors are above par for this budget.

Perfect location
familyIt's very near to the Railway station and the famous textile markets. Transportation facility is available 24/7. Food quality in the restaurant is good but bit costly. Service is fantastic and they help in wake up alarm, book the cab facilities etc.

Not value for money
Compare to location and facility provided place is not value for money, at this price it should be ac room, which is available on other apps and hotels. Food I didn't tried as rates were high.

Me and my dad went to the hotel Decent for business purpose. Very recently changed our house, my dad updated the address but I didn't. When we showed our ID proof the way he treated us very bad my dad said to him shes my daughter he took 15 mins to confirm it. Very very bad experience.

Staff were very arrogant from reception to housekeeping everyone. No sense of talking. Outdoor premises was pathetic. Few rooms were under construction.
