No drinking water. No food option, dirty bedsheets and towel. only location is good. nothing else is good.

Too much bad amell / odours in the room. Washroom was also in extremely bad condition. Extremely dirty and pathetically smelling. Black spots and dirty walls of washroom were visible and which makes it clear that the housekeeping in extremely bad. Overall it was really a dirty and terrible experience.

In case you decide to book this Hotel - be ready to face an angry frowning receptionist who will tell you that THEY DON'T ACCEPT BOOKINGS. Although that's only a ploy to extract more money from you because they are very much a part of OYO and can they see the details of booking, amount paid etc. ALSO, ALTHOUGH MENTIONED, BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED. Don't even bother to ask for it and be ready to pay for it.

Speaking of the room, it was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided exceeded my expectations. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, from the plush bathrobes to the complimentary toiletries.

After check in the hotel & providing with keys, the moment i enter my room(433, i was just about to vomit. The bathroom's door was kept open & the whole room was stinking like smell which was coming from bathroom. The floor felt like it was not mopped from past few months. Overall the trip to this hotel was nightmare for me.

When i reached hotel for check in they asked for extra money inr 280 and complained about makemytrip booking policy. Cockroaches were there in room, pillow cover were old and dirty. Overall experience was poor.

Pahle jo room diya gaya tha us-me ac mes e pani leakage ho rah a tha. Doosra room diya us-me window nahi thi. Or bedroom bathroom toilet clean nahi the or smell aa rahi thi room mes e. Suffocation ki problem ho rahi thi. . Sub bandh bandh hai or room b 6ote size k hai.

hotel takes extra money to give checkin in the middle of the night and no one is there to hear you out.

While i had booked via mmt, i was asked to pay an additional rs 128 coz the amount i paid to mm t did not suffice their minimum pricing. I did not have the time to fight so had to let that go. The rooms were stinking and they just gave 1 water bottle of 500ml as complementary. Did not provide regular water. Was ok for the price but not great service.

I booked. When i went for a check in, the manager made a weird face and then asked about my check out time ( before asking for a check in detail, and then said that your booking is not showing in the system. I said check again, i had booked 3 days ago with full payment. Then he said yes.

had to wait for 3 hrs before I could enter property as this is an OYO hotel and they said that if book then u have to pay additional money. bcs the tarrif u paid is less. so i had to pay a tariif of per room per night to enter the property. rooms given were without window and TV doesn't work.

Rooms are ok not bad it was nice

confirmed my stay and when i reached the hotel oyo did not give me the hotel as they mention it was full.

Rooms were filled with cockroach, washroom not clean.

They asked for extra money saying they stopped booking where as they should not accepted our booking.

Cleanliness is not appropriate there are lots of cockroaches in the room. Room service take lots of time to deliver the food.

This hotel very bad. No bed sheet changed, i booked hotel but he's taken extra charges. He said we not get booking.

It looks new and good in property pictures, but actually property it old. So it is not as good as we see in pictures. They did not give a single water bottle as a compliment. Dth was not working in my room. I would recommend it only if you are looking for budget stay near dumas road location.
