wrong room provided
I have book super deluxe room but hotel manager saying he have only classic regular room and I m paying already super deluxe room so I want to my money back and room also not clean and very bad experience I never suggested to any one any single person never recommend this hotel. This hotel is very very very bad experience for me and everyone aware of. Thank you. Please, MMT my money back.

great experience
Stayed here during a business trip. Hotel requested to give rating about how my stay and I would say, the check-in process was smooth and staff was quite cooperative. Room are clean, fresh and comfortable. It was nice and they did not disturb me during my stay which helped me with work. Location is also convenient for city meetings. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Will definitely consider staying again.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Apple palace in Surat. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Surat !

Value for mone
My friend and I am traveling for business meeting and this is a great hotel for because rooms newly built here so very clean my friend and staff service is also on time but mainly rooms are great. So I Personally think it's a good place for corporate people.

Overall good stay in surat
This is a very affordable hotel. Rooms are nice for the price and the staff is also helpful with all the services. I will say it was a good stay overall. Bdiya hai location bhi.

Terrible Stay
We reached at the middle of the night. The hotel first did not find the booking. We waited for an hour. The receptionist looked a little drunk. The hotel and the room was stinking. We wanted to go but couldn’t because it was so late at night.
