HOTEL NILADRII GALAXY

The room Non-AC family room (2 King Size bed) was very spacious. Room and bathroom were clean. We requested for early check-in as we reached Siliguri at 8AM, Manager allowed us to check in with nominal extra charges as Room was available. Room service food was good. Location is also prime, only problem is the smell from the Chicken Market when you step out of the Hotel. But that hardly adds any negative points to the Hotel.

Not available ac family room(3 adult,1 children) and room is not clean and in surrounding very noise pollution.

The room was good and clean but not value for money as it was very small and the TV was not recharged.

It was a one night stay with family. Nice , clean, hygienic and budget friendly hotel located in the main market area.

the property was at a proper location.The rooms and bathrooms are clean.There is facility of lift. their hospitality is quite good.

First of all,I want to tell that food survice was good. Room was also good, all facility of room was almost proper.

Hotel room condition was excellent but breakfast offered not up to the mark. The hotel location was inside the Fish market. Which was dirty. We wanted to order dinner but that day it was not available.

service thik hai but location koi khas nah hai.... water giser kam nahi kar raha tha... room kafi saaf tha.....

The location is OK but in an area surrounded by poultry hen shop so a bad smell always, the food delivery is very late and breakfast will be served by lunch time, the reception has an don't care attitude

The hotel location was very inconvenient and not suitable for a comfortable stay. Exactly between a busy market. Fishy smell all the time. The rooms were poorly maintained and did not meet expectations. Overall, the experience was disappointing

This is the only hotel i choose every time i visit Siliguri, location is superb as well as communication

Good locationed hotel, good staffs, earlier they use to keep one eletric kettle and tea/coffee kit but this time they removed it.

Alloted room was with bedbugs, AC was not working properly, rooftop was dropping. Complimentary breakfast time from 0830 hrs, check out time 0800hrs, so you have to leave room before breakfast. Complimentary water just 500ml.

The property is situated in a prime location with an excellent neighborhood. The hosts are very courteous, and both the room and food quality are outstanding."

I always choose this hotel whenever i visit Siliguri. Very homely feeling...
