This is the only hotel i choose every time i visit Siliguri, location is superb as well as communication

Good locationed hotel, good staffs, earlier they use to keep one eletric kettle and tea/coffee kit but this time they removed it.

Alloted room was with bedbugs, AC was not working properly, rooftop was dropping. Complimentary breakfast time from 0830 hrs, check out time 0800hrs, so you have to leave room before breakfast. Complimentary water just 500ml.

The property is situated in a prime location with an excellent neighborhood. The hosts are very courteous, and both the room and food quality are outstanding."

VERY BAD MANAGMENT IS CONCERN ONLY ROOM RENT COLLECTION. NO PROPER GUEST TREATMENT LIKE OTHERS HOTEL ASPER THE RATE APPLIED . MOREOVER THE LODGE IS INSIDE OF MARKET VERY DIRTY PLACE AND NARROW LANE FROM THE MAIN ROAD. ON MAIN ROAD PLENTY HOTELS ARE AVAILABLE THEIR RATE ALSO LESSER THAN THIS LODGE. BUT MY EXPERIANCE WAS BITTER

Everything was great. No issue from hotel side. They were helpful and friendly. Although hotel rooms were pretty clean and beds were big. Fantastic location in the heart of the town. The staff's behaviour is very good. Worth for money.

Location wise it is very good, amenities are very impressive,, but food charges are slightly on higher side & it takes a little bit longer. Behavior of the staff are very good.

Hotel is located at good place. Just 2 min walking distance from Hongkong market. Ac is good. TV remote was not working and only few channels were there. Washroom was ok and clean. Lift service is also good. Beakfast was great. Fan was working but only full speed or off. Requlator was not working. Other than that it was great place to stay.

Average Hotel. pros: literally inside the bidhan, hongkong market, so you can walk through the market nearby. Near the main road. service is good and fast. you can order food from room. good wifi connectivity. They provided all accessories like dental kit, shaving kit, shampoo, soap, kettle, tea etc cons: hotel needs to work on cleanliness and repair like handle of bathroom door was missing. room is small and old design. bathroom very small. double bed had 2 single mattresses.
