Hotel staff was pathetic , hotel services were pathetic. The experience was horrible even before entering the hotel. The hotel staff kept us waiting for an hour to take our luggage from the car and also did not helped us to park our car. He even misguided the route that too on hills..he even said ki humara koi lena dena nhi hai rukna hai ruko

Breakfast not provided staff not supporting room service not good cleaning pathetic suffocated room they have vaccinated room but they never provide you if you are not ask for refund or ready to argue

Really did not like the stay at all total money time and relaxation failed staff is also not helpful rooms are so dirty and unhygienic wall are broken no amenities no parking no toiletries very terrible experience

it doesn’t have value more than 500 -600 as all bed are broken , toilets are in very bad conditions and smelly. My money got wasted.

I stay here with my family from 25th to 27th jun e 2022. I will never stay here again it is very ghatiya property rooms are having smell and very much dirty, pathetic service mr agarwal owner of this property cheating all guest with fake pics on mmt. It was totally horrible experience. They don't have hot water, they have dirty bedsheet and pillow. Pls do not stay here.

The rooms were not cleaned properly. Bedsheets and pillow covers were also below standard. Washeoom space was too short. The hotel told to check out at 10 am where it was written check out before 12 pm. Location also not so favourable. 'done'

Patches of fungus in washroom, room is tidy but pillow covers are not as clean as expected, holes in mattress cover

Very bad service. Water not supply in morning 6 am. And cheap quality service but payment is 3 star hotel 3500. And no someone is present reception in morning. Room and bed is not clean. I have tried to call him again and again but no response till now.

We booked, and got very bad experience, the only good thing was its location near market, rest all was bad for us, rooms were not clean even bed sheets have small holes in it. The bathroom was not cleaned. The tv was not working in any of the rooms they didn't have a cable connection, when asked for recharge they said that they don't have dishes, we only ordered tea and that was very unhygienic poor service. And we didn't get the same rooms that we booked they said we have only this one booked for you.
