Room is as promised In the picture plus our room is best in the given price range. We do not have dinner inclusive plan online. So if you have taken the dinner than we were suppose to charge. Sorry for any inconvenience

Terrible Stay
Hotel staff doesn't have manner they knock door from 7 morning and they charged 10% service tax for all the food and even they take money for the water bottle.

Stay was not good
So many mosquito was there not hygiene place to stay staff behaviour is rude and parking facility also not available

I am sorry for the inconvenience. They were not mosquito but the insects which appears after Rain and attracts to light. We never claim to have parking at our hotel though the parking outside our hotel is protected by CCTV and a guard. Regards
Not a good experience while staying at the hotel natraj muzaffarnagar hotel
Bedsheets are not clean and tv not working and delayed in checkin also water issue so it can be fixed all over i stay everyone there but things are changed from past earlier it was good

Lots of mosquitoes in the room, no parking space for car, no lift facility, rooms are adjacent with road that why noise of traffic always dist-rub you. Rooms are not maintained specially washroom area

We are really sorry for your inconvenience. But if you check online we never mentioned lift in our facilities. Parking was given to just below hotel building and as per my knowledge mosquito repellent machine was also provided. As far as noise concerned we can’t control that as our hotel is on the main road. Though if you would have complained at reception we could give back side rooms which are much quieter. Anyways please do visit us again. Thanks for your feedback. Regards

pleasent stay
Property is at prime location just near to rly stn. Staff is nice and coperative.As i reach few hours earlier to hotel they provided a comfort stay till my booking room get prepared. In such a hot weather such humanity is always been pleased,i m grateful to staff and Mr Rahul Chaudhary who assisted my stay at hotel.

Bed on the road !
होटल के कमरे ठीक हैं लेकिन लगता है कि हम सड़क पर सो रहे हैं, इतना शोर होता है। सड़क से गुजरती गाड़ियों का हॉर्न ऐसा लगता है कि आपको सड़क से हटने के लिए बज रहा हो। ठिठुरती सर्दी में ठंढे पानी में नहाने की पीड़ा कॉम्पलेमेंट्री मिलती है। बस इतना ही। बाकी सब ठीक है!

Also we have hot water available all the time in our hotel we really cannot believe that you didn’t get hot water to bath as it is basic facility we provide. Sorry for inconvenience if there was any.
