Review Of Omega Hotel

Hotel breakfast was not good, both of us experienced somekind of abdominal discomfort whole day. Rest all things were good, room was clean.

Service of the hotel is not good like no fresh towel, toothbrush, badsheet is not clean, wifi is not available, lots of the food items are not available from the menu's.

Hotel service is very poor and food quality is also not good

Worst hotel in my life. They gave me bedsheet with blood spots and lots of holes, expired cold drinks and terrible food. The behavior of all the staff was also dirty. I checked out of the hotel just after an hour.

Long years back it was one of the best hotel of muzaffernagar but now it is not in good shape no kitchen they are getting the ready food from outside and billing it as per their menu rate

Food was good but chapatis are very bad like roasted papad.

Fine all are satisfactory as per City and state

I have faced few room related issues during my stay like power supply, room cleanliness, room service etc.

Staff is very well trained and good-natured.

Staff way of talking is not good. I am complaining about something like Tata sky channels and flooding reply is. Sir this the only thing you have to adjust. Even receptionist and general manager is not taking interest and not taking any initiative to solve the issues. The conclusion is whatever is present you have to adjust These are the words. Of staff.

Good location near Railwaystn. Food and service good.

Freezer was not working. Room service instruments like comb water glass etc.

Rooms were not cleaned Beddings were already used and were not cleaned Toiletries were not provided

Dirty rooms, staff behaviour very bad. Totally not good. Staff is very very bad behavior. Not timely ready room. Id proof not sufficient for receptionist.

Hotel staff is very courteous and well trained. I appreciate specially Mr. Imran at reception who took special efforts to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Keep it up
