The location and facilities is excellent no food facility in this property.

experience was not good . we made booking at 2pm and called to.property for location guidance . he said that rooms are not available . then again we called and they said on call . come.we will do something else . and this is amount superior room with breakfast for which booking . when we reached his behavior was not good and it was showing as per behavior that he is giving the stay free of cost . there was no towel in superior room . no water . for everything we ask they said no . next morning when we asked for breakfast then he bluntly said you booked without breakfast then we replied sir please check.again carefully . becuase he was senior citizen . After 15 min he called and said you just ask waiter he will.give it you . when we gone to waiter he said I have no idea . basically for just very small thing breakfast they irritate us so much . finally my friend said they will.not give anything. let's go outside. . I recommend this property not more worth rs. 800 rs. also give advice to property managers this is not 1990 now we are in 2025 in competitive market and customer has too many options . still.i can say Goodluck.

Excellent facilities Clean room Clean bed Good behaviour of staff

The room is shabby. Bedsheet wasn't clean. Bathroom wasn't clean either. Too much outside noise gets into the room as if they're right behind your ear. AC worked well, so that was a relief. Also, the location is conveniently accessible near Ghantaghar.

Location is excellent. Only breakfast and tea is available which is good. .

There was mosquito and bad smell at basement rooms

it was a good stay.. acrdng to budget..and the location was easy to find. you can plan there to go easily

The rooms are ok as compared to the price. The staff is courteous & always ready to serve you. Breakfast was ok - hotel provided 3 items with tea & coffee. Hotel located in main market place within 1 I’m of station. Has no parking space.

Rooms were pathetic with no ventilation. I was to change the room from the so called presidential suit to the small room to breathe properly. The issue is not facility but with make my trip to at least scrutinize the facility before posting on their portal.

Parking facility is goood .....big rats in rooom at night ...cleaning is so so...rooom is tooo smaall as shown in the picture ....room service is goood ...coprative staaaf

Rooms are not cleaned, tv was not working. Blanket was unhygienic. The staff is very irresponsible. Sleeping in day time and not working. Overall very poor.

No amenities, no staff support, no cleanliness in the room. Over all poor experience. Not recommended to stay. Better to look for other options.

Small rooms no lift

I booked a presedential suite for my parents. the hotel manager put them in an executive room as they were not much aware about the room. when my father spoke to me about the room i called the manager and then he shifted them to a better room but it is still not known if that was a presedentail suite. the hotel is so shitty that i doubt there is a presedentail suite there. rooms are average and staff is unprofessional. strong recommendation is not to book this place.

The stay was average. Only 1 towel was provided. And only 1 blanket was provided. Room and bathroom were extra small. Ok if u r having short stay.

This is a joke of the century, if you told the property is a hotel total waste of money and time, there is no kitchen and no parking the washroom and room smelled

The hotel was very dirty, i had booked the presidential suite in the hopes it'll be decent - the room had no ventilation and was located in the basement of the hotel. There were cockroaches and spider webs everywhere and spit and pan marks on the wall. The mirror was broken and fell on us. It was one of the worst properties i have ever witnessed. There was no hot water in such a cold weather. No drinking water was provided. Despite complaining to the staff they didn't do anything. When we told them we will leave the hotel that didn't affect them either rather they were just happy about the fact that the room was getting vacant.
