Grace Hotel

Location was good and easy to find. cleanliness was not good..painting going on in hotel, dust on pillow and cover. Breakfast was only bread sandwich no other option. Tea cups were not up to mark.

Location -Easy communication. Food-No Restaurant inside, We can book &take food by on line service. Amenities -All basic amenities are present except no TV service on 10.12.24 in the hotel. Service- They are cordial especially Suraj named staff is very good 👍. Hygiene & Cleanliness is not up to the mark. They served Tea in cracked cups, & the plates they have given for dinner are not clean enough. Moreover the Geezer line is defective & short circuit .It may cause an accident at any time. Otherwise all others are ok.

Dirty, and food was not good either the place was not cleaned at all. And it stank pretty bad there

Rooms are clean,Hotel staff behaviour is excellent and rooms are big sized. Cooperative owner and Manager.

1. The rooms were old and not well maintained. 2. The items in the wash room is broken like low stool (chokki ) 3. Not provided the drinking water and glass, towel, soap etc. Automatically at the time of check in. 4. Charged for the breakfast where as the charges were included in the total charges paid at the time of booking. When told at the time of check out, said that only one paranta & curd per head is applicable as free which is total of approximately rs. 250 in all for 4 persons. Paid the rest amount of the breakfast to them. 5. No proper parking facility. Nothing more to share.

Most dirtiest Hotel stay in my life. I don't know how make my trip is having collaboration with such a dirty Hotel.

Worst experience, never suggest anyone, totally bad

The room was spacious with all the basic amenities, but small service qualities, which a customer expects is, a washroom with a mug, a soap/shower gel etc. which was absent. The room had TV with missing set top box remote. The quilt was smelling and was not the quality that a hotel charging you so much should keep. The basic water bottles, glasses were missing. What a customer expects is service with the hefty charges he paid! It's not only the room which matters but the service quality. Thanks for hosting us, Hotel Grace. Your non returning customer.

It was an overnight stay. The room was fine. The food was fine. I had to ask for the towel. There were long power cuts. One early morning and then another later in the morning. Generator was not switched on even though we asked. The mug in the bucket was broken but somehow we didn't complain. We had checked in at 8 pm. We asked for a slight extension till 2 pm the next day for check out. But that was denied.

Room was good spacious but not cleaned properly even there was smell in it. There was no tea making kit, even paint in peeling

Pathetic washrooms.

Stay was good and room was clean. But their wifi wasn't working and they didn't have card payments

No privacy. A lot of noise. No value for money paid.

Overall an excellent and comfortable stay with tasty food and nice parking.
Food was excellent and was timely provided. Parking space was enough.
