The rooms are big, neat and clean. Good locations, ample parking space. Overall service was good.

The room was very beautiful, neat and well maintained. Its worth the price . It was my second stay on the same property, will book the same if i happend to visit ettumanoor again

The stay quiet comfortable and luxurious for the price. Best thing is their food which is great for the price. The quality and taste blend with the peace that we get from the stay

Clean rooms,. Water & kettle provided on request. Didn’t keep water saying their bottle broken, so gave one mineral water bottle, for 3 adults& a child, refilling same bottle when needed.. otherwise every thing ok

Nice spacious & clean rooms, I personally missed this property during my earlier stays at Kottayam , very close to Ettumanoor temple

Over all administration is bad, service staff are ok, uneven cot bed, electic kettle is bad condition and not working, chices of food not available( veg)

Hotel national park is very good. Good service and rooms are luxurious.

Probably one of the best stays in kottayam with the cleanest stay. The place was a steal with offer, i got best value ever

The hotel felt almost like a 4 star even if it was not. Provided ample amenities and the staff was courteous as well. The room was spacious enough considering the budget. It was completely clean and comfortable. Did spot a few too many cockroaches here and there but not enough to raise a concern.

Very much value for money clean and tidy a bar attached facility had our dinner from another restaurant in the town, so can not comment quality of food

Room was nice. There was intense smell of smoke (probably cigarette ) in side the washroom all the time.
