Ambient, good location, quality food, good service. My stay at Hotel Ceaser Palace is pleasant and nice.

Hotel is very near to railway station. Rooms were neat and clean toilet also neat and clean. Staff very co-operative. Breakfast was also tasty and well served.

The stay was good. The car was parked in open space and didnt have turkey in room when we reached are some issues. Apart from that, the lounge near to the hotel was so good… good ambience and cleanliness.

Impolite manners of staff. Dirty room without cleaning of bed sheets, pillow covers. We paid rs 1000 extra for an extra bed. But they didn’t provide aa extra bed. They told us that they will provide complimentary breakfast. After check in they told it will not provide. Totally a horrible experience

Good place to stay, but the management have to take some responsibility to maintain the rooms and mainly washrooms. No hot water and bath water is stagnant for hours and hours. Staff is good, they responded fast but not able to rectify the problem. Food was good. Overall experience is good. Location is very near to bus stop and railway stations and to the city.
