worst hotel. there was no body in the reception. one old lady was there... she gave the key and no room boys nobody... that old lady don't no anything and asked me to wait till room boy comes and said he will come in 15 mins... I waited and finally left the place and searched to find a another hotel and stayed there. worst experience. I never been to such hotel in my life.

We had booked the stay for 5 nights. We changed 3 rooms in 5 days coz half of the time AC was not working. There were many mosquitoes in one of the room, they didn’t have enough clean towels to give us 2 pieces. We got a towel after 3rd day. Poor guy who was attending us in his night duty was helpful as well as helpless as his owners were not working in the issues many ppl had complained about. AC in the hotel badly needed servicing. Many other guests were complaining about AC too. I would not book this hotel again. And the tariff was absolutely not worth the service and the quality of rooms.

The flight departure, arrival is as per time scheduled and also the staff are so good and the baggage check is also good

Worst one i didnt stay like this. They told its a deluxe room but its not deluxe. They not providing dental kit

Poor cleanliness and not well maintained. There was no gym or pool facility as mentioned in their page.

Excellent facilitation by the front office staff. Good hygiene is maintained all over.

Stay is fine but in the front desk hotel owner lady dictating terms unnecessarily and it is not encouraging.

While checking in they don’t know having booking or not and providing use towels. I did the checkout by 7. And don’t want any discount

Room was clean, bed was cozy but bedsheet was unclean.

Hotel staff not attentive, not able to provide gst bill for complete amount paid. No laundry service, no food court, no restaurant. Room size is simply ok. Basic kits such as comb, shampoo etc not provided

The person at the counter should learn to smile and communicate better. Pillows are dirty. In the bath room: 1. There is no place to hang the towel since the hook is broken. 2. There is no paper tissue 3. Shower sprays all over the place. The restaurant is closed. On the second day of my stay, i had to ask for the new towel. We have stayed in this place earlier but now it is pathetic.

The hotel was not clean at all. The bed sheets wear not reaching across the mattress. The floors were dirty. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling. The sink was almost falling off. The staff was not helpful we had booked and the room was booked till 12 noon. The next day they asked us to either pay an entire days rate or vacate at 8 am. I would not recommend staying there. Even the claimed location was incorrect. It was mentioned 200 mtrs from the taipei consulate but in truth was 2 km plus in distance. We had to book another property and move.

Experience was not as good as expected. Not on par with the price they charge. Very disappointed with the ac as it is not working properly. We were sweating profusely as there is no fan to compensare.
