Terrible Stay
Too bad condition of hotel, no hygiene. Everything dirty and clumsy. No arrangement for food and location is such that one nee to walk good enough to get one place to have food. Very very casual approach of staffs.

Old infrastructure & poorly maintained
Hotel infrastructure is pretty old. Smelly rooms, old towels, rooms full of cockroaches, poor maintenance of bathroom & old accessories in bathroom. No dustbin in room.

Poor Stay
We have booked the hotel for family. While check in and check out, they not told us pay extra bed charges. While check out they are asking extra bed charges. I am not happy with hotel service. Break fast was very poor. Hotel is not clean and service is bad. I won't recommend this hotel new comers.

Excellent Stay
Even though i was sceptical after seeing the reviews, i was surprised to have a pleasent stay. 1) the check in was smooth, the lady did it smooth. Even-though i was early, she accommodated w/o any fuss. 2) in the room hot water was coming piping hot. Nice. 3) the room service personnel was very courteous. 4) they are allotting available good rooms only. May be they should refurbish the rooms.

They were not allowed early check in. I have waited 3 hours outside to check-in. And at disk staff behaviour also not good. I think to cancel the booking but due to advance booking i haven't did the same. From next time i won't book this hotel anymore.

Average Stay
I have stayed in metro manor 10 years back. Back then it was good. Now its not upto the mark. Staffs are polite and friendly but, rooms are not clean, cockroaches everywhere, hot water not available. I would not recommend this hotel.

Excellent location with dirty rooms and bad food
The hotel is located at a walkable distance from the central railway station, which is the biggest advantage. The rooms are dirty with a lot of cockroaches. It smells bad. You don't feel like using the bucket and mug in the bathroom. The food doesn't taste good!

Ok hotel

A nice budget stay
soloA nice stay in metro manor. It is a budget hotel with all basic amenities. Very close to the central station. Rooms are neat and clean. The washroom was also nice. Just one thing, the hot water was not coming. And the wifi tower was too weak on the 5th floor where i stayed. Air condition was working perfectly. Overall i loves my one night stay there. The staffs were also helpful.

Brief stay at metro manor
businessStayed for a night at standard room at metro manor. Room was shabby, with dust on the shelves. Bathroom was ok, i don't recollect getting hot water in the morning

Food was not good
Not properly welcomed by the reception. Room service was unavailable. Water bottle if asked for was charged

Such a worst property, it's not a 3 star property, just a hotel with normal rooms, having only one room service assistant

Good location but.
familyHotel room are not maintained. Mosquitoes are worst part of hotel. Furniture and rooms need new coloring and maintenance room size is good but we need to awake every hour to kill mosquitoes

Horrible experience
familyRooms are not cleaned. Mosquito menace is too high. No proper house keeping available. No security to open the doors at early hours.
