Unfortunately, I found the receptionist to be lacking in both system knowledge and hospitality skills. When I approached the front desk with questions, I encountered confusion and a lack of assistance. It was evident that the receptionist was not adequately trained on the hotel’s systems or procedures, which led to delays and frustration.
Moreover, the manner in which I was treated was disheartening. Instead of receiving a warm welcome and helpful support, I felt dismissed and undervalued as a guest. This lack of courtesy significantly impacted my impression of your hotel.
