I have found cockroaches on the bed and lizards in the room wall. The room was completely unheginic

Don't think twice, Go for it. Very good location with well behaved staff, delicious food and heavenly scenic beauty . The location was very good and very interesting in front of sea beach and the staffs were very gentle and very humble this served as every possible way and they careers very peacefully

location is closest possible to the sea. Sea visible from window. Room is ok but not deluxe or luxury but fine, ac is chill. Staff behaviour is great no problem from their side. Food is ok.

The food is average. The hotel informed that they strictly close everything by 11:30 PM and I was asked to comeback hotel before that, but few group partying till 2 am and they were supplying food to them. The room at ground floor are poorly built and you have water coming out at the floor. This is a very unhygienic situation.

Location of the hotel is great. Rooms need improvement. Room did not have some basic things like cloth hanging hooks in wall, sufficient light etc . But overall the experience was OK

Hotel location was good, but the beach access was very dangerous and inconvenient, food was fine mostly, staffs were good also. Hope will stay again in this property in future. Only thing is it's very far from the main mandarmani and bus stop.

Our experience not so good as the room was not properly cleaned and condition of the washroom was worse than room,we had to request them to clean the dressing table mirror.food quality was okay type but prices were very reasonable.overall experience was average.

It a very good location. People who like remote place along with sea beach, it is the perfect option for them.

The reception person beaver is not good. Food is also very bad quality. Location is good. I think payment is to high for this kind of hotel.

Super location, beach is touching the hotel, one can bath and enjoy in beach, food quality was too much good and price was also reasonable, the staff behaviour was too good, overall experience was very good, in 10 minute from hotel one can reach to mandarmani beach, car, taxi and auto service was also provided in cheap price by hotel, good, see you soon

Hotel was good from all side but manager behaviour was rude. And they do-sent allowed any outside food and they cost much higher than normal restraunt.

Location ambience is good but food is not good as predict. Environment is good. Room service is also good. Food quality should be more improve

Nice view, nice food, cooperative staff. Food taste was excellent. I went there with my child, and they prepared everything we wanted without any issues.

Price is too much as per location, its too far away from auto stand, view is really good, but food is pathetic, i ordered for vetki fish but really dont know what was that served, everyone complained for food. Also i asked to change the jug of my room but they rather ask me to buy a bottle from them, they cant change the jug, over dramatic employees. I was suppose to leave after 2 days but i had to check out on the next day only

The size of the room could be better as compared to the price. The sea view was really nice from the first floor rooms.

Approach road to this hotel is very bad. Standard of rooms are below average. Furnitures provided in the room are cheap. No night lamp in room. Charging high rent comparing to the standard.
