Excellent stay at hotel imperial inn ajmer. Very co operative manager and staff. Everready to help when in need. Very clean toilet room and bedsheet towel. Hot water readily available. . Very bad experience i have recently felt with this hotel, staff was very bad specially the lady sitting on reception chair, hot water facilities not providing properly very late response.

The ac was not working. Cleanliness was average. Mirror had stains that looked like blood stains. Hair on the bed all over.

The hotel is good. Location also is lo-cable near to railway station. Staff is good and helpful. Service is excellent. Over all good experience. I recommend all to stay at this hotel.
