limited food choice. location is good but due to lack of exaust in mathroom some audor spread in room but service guy has manage it, only free tv chanels, overall good

Hotel stay was decent. Food was average not much option in Breakfast. Location was good. Overall value for money.

Unprofessional staff, and trying to intervene in my personal life my friend from the city was visiting me and the hotel reception staff refused my friend to enter the room and he strictly said that we don’t allow that this was not mentioned in any of the policy. I only had a visitor and that made me feel very embarrassed and the experience overall experience was really very bad. Cutlery provided to me in my room was very unhygienic and not cleaned properly. They said that they will not allow me to get any visitor inside my room, which i feel is very unprofessional and they are nobody to intervene my privacy, that is totally hindering my privacy. I would alan courtyard and your hotel, which are in the same area.

The property is located on main road, easy to find. The only issue is of parking if you are traveling by your own car.

I recently stayed at jw cruise hotel and had an overall wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The dining options were fantastic, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. However, i did notice one issue with the elevator. It felt a bit cramped and had an unpleasant odor, which made it slightly uncomfortable to use. I hope this can be addressed soon for an even better experience. Despite this, i would still highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a great stay. The positives far outweighed this minor inconvenience, and i look forward to returning in the future. Rooms are neat and clean. I had a very comfortable stay there. Roof top is awesome. I will recommend everyone to stay here.

Hotel staff is not up to the mark and also as per the price of room very bad condition and location it should be in between 1500rs per night

The location and food is good. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Good package in the price range

Good location, but it's very expensive so it's not worth the price, no hot water. Food quality is good but very expensive. Don't include meals as very limited food options if you have included a meal in your package.

Stay was good but the breakfast was very poor and hygiene is a big issue with cockroaches and a single person is doing all the job

Pros: 1. Great location - near lake, mountain view, all necessary stores are nearby, easy connectivity 2. Excellent washrooms 3. Roof top restaurant wot h great view of lake. 4. Good food (only veg) 5. Polite staff cons: 1. Lift is too small to fit three persons with luggage at once 2. Complimentary water bottles - only two 500ml bisleri.

Hot is located perfectly. The view is great from the room and it is hardly 5 mints away from anna sagar lke. The staff was polite and helpful and the food was great even the restaurant is built nicely. The infrastructure of the hotel is definitely one plus point too. Overall very happy with the stay
