The television of the room wasn’t working, the fan was making utter noises and when informed the receptionist was extremely rude. She asked us to do whatever we can but she would not help at all.

AC is not working.called so many times...after one hour they shifted me to another room.they should be responsible.

Lack of facilities and shortage of staff in the hotel. Food was good and hotel staffs were cooperative. Location of hotel is good and at near to Anasagar.

The hotel rooms were below average.. The rooms were stinky. The room locks were old . My one room was locked and it was not opened with a card key or metal key.. Food was also not good . Half cooked food was served. I request MMT to review the hotel so that no such bad experience is faced by others seeing the MMT rating .

very poor experience of staying. unprofessional staff, unhygienic toilets, faulty door handle and bathroom shower not functional (had to use bucket). washroom kit missing (had to call staff and get one). Not advisable for someone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. only positive point at the hotel is the food quality which was good.

All are good, but bathroom buckets are not available. If available these are not good. Rest things are good

Hotel didn't had hot water in this cold season. Even after repeated complaints about it no action was taken by the staff. Cleanliness was also not upto the mark

Food was good, room was good but the hot water supply was not good. Amenities and services are also good.

First of all locations of hotel was perfect to find with ample parking space for vehicle. Secondly very smoothly the process of check in and check out was done with minimum talking. Third room was perfect, cleaned with all the amenities. Fourth the food is also good in this hotel. Staff were quite polite and well behaved.

Easy to locate and food is good also staff members are very good. The staff service is good and the best service is provided.

The room was good, had some glitch while checking in but it got sorted after some time. The hotel staff was amazing.

I had booked room with complementary breakfast. The stay was good but the next morning the breakfast was not ready and the restaurant service was not very cooperative. Overall the stay was good but restaurant service was poor.
