Beautiful Property, But Urgently Needs Major Maintenance We recently stayed at Clark’s Resort, Ajmer, and while the property itself has great potential and the architecture shows that the owner has invested heavily, it is currently in urgent need of maintenance. What Went Wrong: • Poor Maintenance Across the Property: Many areas need repainting, and several iron structures—including the vintage vehicles displayed on the premises—have visible rust patches. The overall upkeep is far below expectations for a property of this scale. • Limited Staff: There were very few staff members available, leading to delays in service. • No Valet Parking: Surprisingly, a resort of this size does not offer valet parking. • Delayed Check-In: Despite the 2:00 PM check-in time, our rooms were not ready even when we arrived at 2:30 PM. We had to wait for around half an hour. • Elevators Not Maintained: The elevator near our room was non-operational and looked extremely untidy—almost like a storage area. The functioning elevator also clearly needed maintenance. • Room Facilities Lacking: The rooms did not have basic amenities like a refrigerator or a safe to keep valuables. • Pool Not Clean: The pool water was very dirty, making it uninviting and unusable. What Was Good: • Food Quality: The food at the restaurant, especially during lunch, was excellent. Full marks to the kitchen team. • Property Design & Concept: The resort is beautifully designed and has great potential—once the maintenance issues are addressed. Overall: Clark’s Resort Ajmer could be a fantastic destination, but it urgently needs a comprehensive overhaul in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, and staffing. Once these issues are resolved, it can truly justify its scale and the expectations that come with it.

Hotel location was excellent near highway, beautiful property with good detailing on interiors. Rooms maintenance needs some work and some activities like music band etc. Would make it a perfect stay. Restaurant food and service was excellent and staff was very polite and helpful. Restaurant and other activity areas on top floor with helicopter looked very dry and can be maintained for sitting, activities, drinks and food for guests. Overall a good experience and would love to stay once again. Prices were reasonable.

Had an unpleasant experience, starting with food and toiletries. Infact very bad with buffet which turned out to be only veg with limited options. Surely not going to repeat our stay here.

Everything was excellent. the location is pathetic. it is more like a construction site. no amenities in the room. no iron, no fridge in the room. only one iron in the whole resort. Concierge is available if you book it an hour before. condition of room are pathetic. they gave us a hill view room which was more like a construction site.
