Disappointing Stay – Poor Amenities

The amenities were extremely poor. Room lights and washroom were not clean, and there was no proper lighting. If you are planning to work during your stay, it’s impossible — there’s simply no adequate lighting to focus on your laptop. The food quality was also far below expectations. It’s truly disappointing when your hard-earned money gets wasted on such poor services. the reality is very different.

Not worth the CLARKS brand. Just the name but hospitality, rooms, food menu are not upto the 5star level.The staff was very accommodating and understanding. Catered to all requests politely and in time. The ambience and serene environment was simply breathtaking. Awesome stay away from hustle bustle. Stay here expecting 3 star services. We did raise our concerns and there’s only much that the staff can do. Breakfast and Dinner buffet menu is very standard, nothing out of the ordinary. Peaceful and expansive surroundings were the real deal.

Need improvement in many areas

I recently stayed at Clarks Safari Pushkar, and while the property itself has potential, my overall experience was below expectations. First and foremost, the room allotted was completely different from what was shown in the pictures during booking. This was disappointing, as one naturally expects transparency and consistency between advertised photos and the actual stay. On the positive side, the food quality was good, but the menu was very limited. For a property of this standard, I was expecting more variety in terms of cuisines and dining options. Expanding the food choices would really enhance the guest experience. Another challenge was the internal transport within the property. Since the resort is spread out, guests often have to cover some distance between the front desk and their rooms. At present, there are very few EVs (electric vehicles/buggies) available to assist guests, which makes movement inconvenient, especially for families with kids or elderly people. Increasing the number of EVs would make the stay far more comfortable. Overall, while Clarks Safari Pushkar has a nice setup and good food quality, there is a clear need for improvements in room allocation transparency, food variety, and internal transport facilities. With these changes, it could truly become a great destination, but as of now, my stay left me a bit dissatisfied.

Didn’t like the hotel

Not a good place there were no dryers in the room. We did not get all the amenities mentioned there and they just switch off the light in night in the whole resort that’s why ypu can go put from your room at night

I recently stayed at your resort and wanted to share some feedback. Firstly, I was quite disappointed to find a towel provided in the room that was not only dirty but also had a hole in it. This raised concerns about the hygiene standards, and it did impact the overall comfort of the stay. Secondly, I found the breakfast options to be very limited. For a resort of your standard, I was expecting a more diverse spread and at least a live counter offering fresh items like dosas, omelettes, or pancakes. Disappointing Experience –

I had high hopes for this resort based on the pictures and description, but the reality was extremely disappointing. The room we were given looked nothing like the photos — it was dimly lit, poorly maintained, and resembled a low-grade one-star hotel rather than the serene, premium space that was promised. The lighting throughout the property was a major letdown. The beautiful, ambient lighting shown was nowhere to be seen in real life. Instead, everything felt dull and gloomy, making the entire atmosphere uninviting. The room lighting was especially poor, with barely any natural light and inadequate artificial lighting. The washroom was tiny and lacked even basic ventilation — no exhaust fan at all, which made it extremely uncomfortable. Several amenities mentioned on the booking page were either missing or not functional, including the air conditioning, which barely worked despite the heat. For a resort stay, this is simply unacceptable. It’s disappointing when a place misrepresents itself Just to attract bookings. I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable or premium experience. Definitely not worth the price.
