The property was awsome to stay although service was very disappointing. I booked 2 rooms with king size beds and they attached 2 twin beds. Also below are few major concerns: - booked 2 rooms with private pool which were dirty when checked in and did wait to get them clean and filled with water. - Kettle was not working and did wait for couple of hours for replacement. - Only had one towel in each room and did wait for couple of hours to get some more for my other guests. - Most irritating was that there was no room service and we did not have dinner as my parents were not able to walk to the restaurant for dinner. Overall it was not a good experience to share as usually at such places people go to relax with their loved ones which was not at all the case at this property. I am not a promoter for this property although my previous experiences at this property were good but not this one.

The property was although good but the services was very terrible as we also had a fight with one of their service man due to poor services for food and milk for the kids and the electricity was also not coming there for even 5-6 hours, they made our holiday spent Terrible. I request please never go to such a place

Poorly maintained property. Their AC and fridge don't work properly. Telephones always out of order. Room is full of insects. They even don't do cleaning even on asking repeatedly.. there Are lot of other issues. property is large. Dinner was good.
