The Ratan Resort and Retreat

My stay was disappointing. The basic amenities were missing, and the washroom was in terrible condition. There was a strong smell that made it hard to use, and even after informing the staff multiple times, nothing improved. Toiletries and the kettle were missing, and the room itself didn’t seem prepared before check-in. The floor was sticky and not cleaned properly despite repeated reminders. Overall, poor maintenance and lack of responsiveness from the staff made the experience unpleasant

It was a good experience, would like to come over there again. Would also like to visit this city again

It was great stay. I rated 4 out of 5 because if you book room with indoor pool in winter then note that no hot water supply in swimming pool

Not a great place to stay, the service was not good. No proper parking and the hotel staff was not polite. The kitchen was not clean and hygienic either.

The place was lovely and well-maintained, with a comfortable stay, clean facilities, and friendly staff. The location was also convenient. I’m rating it slightly lower, as a few small improvements—like adding complimentary tea, shampoo, body wash, and a trash can—would enhance the experience.

Service and food quality were low. It was just one night stay with family. Rooms were fine but services were not.

Hotel staff was very freindly. Good behaviour with neat and clean room bathroom. Good care of hygine with excellent garden facing view

Very hospitable host. Very close to the main market and brahma temple. Good enough parking space. A lot of greenry around

I stayed with my wife and daughter in this resort for two nights, 25. 12. 2023 and 26. 12. 2023. The view of nature from this hotel is awesome. It appears that some young energetic men have started this hotel recently. The staff appeared cooperative but also inexperienced in the hotel business. Cleanliness and hygiene of the room are okay but need improvement. I hope that with more experience, these young men will pay heed to these issues more. Food served was hygienic but food appeared over-priced. The location was really very calm and we had very sound sleep at night. A lot of new buildings, hotels appeared to be coming up in the vicinity for which a lot of construction activities were going on and hence the approcah road was messy when we travelled.

We had a terrible experience and it was the first time that i felt so after booking. Room was not even properly wired with connections, there was no water in washroom in the morning when we woke up and had never felt with such.

Please refer below points for feed back 1. Hotel including room was not cleaned 2. There is no amenities like tv as mentioned 3 poor service 4. No restaurent 5. No guard are available from safety prospective

the stay at ratan resort and retreat was really good. the location was close to pushkar lake.. the location was surrounded by flower farm, away from all city hustle and noise. you will feel very relaxed. they have private pool facility also in the rooms.. also best thing, the place itself is surrounded by amazing cafés, restaurants and likewise places
