Vela Resort- Near Brahma Temple

In the photos the property has a pool table and a swimming pool, but when we checked in , the pool table was covered with a cloth and when we asked that we want to play, the owner said that it’s raining so we can’t allow you to play, moreover the swimming pool is also very shallow and dirty. . Not a preferred visit next time from my family.

The property is nice, but I would say only go for tents. Rooms are ok but small. The food is delicious, service needs to be improved a bit. Monkeys are a big problem so u can't see TV. Power cut irritates for using Geyser or AC.

This is the worst resort i had seen in my life. Veer unhygienic rooms and untidy rooms. And mr. Vikram who is a manager or owner who sits on reception counter is a mentally ill person. Food quality was terrible.

Washroom is not hygienic but resort location is excellent and staff is good.

The location was amazing, it has a beautiful garden and natural atmosphere. It was very easy to walk to everything, the great thing is the property is isolated but connected. It’s very peaceful and calm. I didn’t try the food but the chai was excellent. A great value for money and an overall great property to stay.

Resort staff is very good but geyser facility is not available. Ambience is very well.

Beautiful tents, no nonsense service and honest, i left my g shock back and they called me to tell me i had, so it reflects honesty, people are friends and good

The property is well located surrounded by small garden which gives homely feeling and peace. Service and behaviour of staff is admirable.

Location - 5/5. Nearest to shree brahma temple and savitri devi temple. Just backside of shree brahma temple and main market. Ambience - 5/5. Superb ambience. Service - 4/5. No any specific reason. Parking - 5/5. Ample parking space and car can easily reach resort. Cleanliness - 4/5. Need to be more efficient in cleanliness. Linens and bed sheets needs proper wash. Overall amazing stay with every major temple and marker on walkable distance.

Location was great just next to brahma temple, great parking which is a luxury in pushkar, food was great. Google directions need to be corrected

Location wise it was good, near to brahma temple and market. Property is poorly maintained. It was not cleaned. Bedsheets were stained, and the room and bathroom was not cleaned.

Location is good, just near to bramha temple, sarovar and pushkar main market. Easily walkable. Rooms are ok, 3 types are available: tents, super deluxe and deluxe, open dining is good area, pool is great for family. Only cleanliness and hygeine and room service had to be improved. Food just ok, one can have bear bramha temple in dhaba.

Nice property. Located in the centre of the town, however, very dirty rooms and bathrooms. Had to request twice for cleaning the rooms and bathrooms, and still was not done properly

No doubt the manager and staff are polite. They even make genuine attempts to provide you what you ask for. But there is an immense lack of proactiveness at the management level. With a regular inspection management can know well in advance as to whether tv, tea kettle and intercom are working or not. As soon as booking is made they should keep towels and toiletries in the room before the guest checks in. My stay was not smooth, i needed to call the manager to get things in place. Everything i asked for was provided by them. Had they been proactive i wouldn't have needed to make any call.

The best and friendly staff, best location and best feed as well, what else needed in a tourist place, it's more then a home for me.

Polite, cooperative staff open to engaging in conversation and giving tips to fine tune your itinerary. Stayed for 1 night, the rooms are adequate and the washrooms are decent and every room has a balcony overlooking greenery. The ethnic motifs lined walls along with the great food from the restaurant put it over the top! Bonus point- it is walking distance from all attractions and all the great cafés- all within a 1km radius!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown i have stayed at dozen of hotels in (vela. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.
