Everything was ok, food, garden and everything but when we reached to the destination then the hotel staff or attendant behave us like stranger than they start to makeover our room, if we booked the room it's duty to inform the hotel management but when we reached then they all are unknown that we are not there customers we are strangers and behaving like they don't no nothing. Please make it sure.

The owner misbehaved with us. Electricity was not there most of the time and they are not using power back up. Owner insisted us to check out from hotel and asked assistant to throw our luggage also he said you have booked from mm t and i am not responsible for anything. This is first time i have faced this issue, i am booking my hotels for last 7 years through mmt. This is unacceptable
