Excellent Stay
It was a great place location wise. Nearby bus stop, lots of restaurants and hotels nearby. Easily accessible cabs, autos, buses etc. The stay was also quite good. The manager kept my bag for few extra hours also free of cost as I came back to pick it up in the evening. Overall awesome experience.

Good stay and supportive staff - especially yogesh. There’s a dog also a cute white dog to add to the cheer and fun.

Rating: 0/5 Hotel Sunstay is not even worthy of one star. It’s on a narrow street with no real parking, despite claims otherwise. The toilet flush kept failing despite multiple complaints and repairs. The premises felt unsafe due to numerous stray dogs, even inside the hotel. The environment was unwelcoming, with warning stickers and fines posted everywhere. TV and remote didn’t work, and many amenities listed online were missing. Would not recommend.

Dear Guest We apologise for the inconvenience you had . We do have a proper parking which accommodates even scorpio and innova . Since street dogs are concerned, it's their natural habitat like other animals . I am sure you have street animals around your house too. It's an inevitable . Fine posters are not welcoming. They are just a request to the guest to use amenities properly without damaging. The TV's are smart ones ( connected through wifi ) not the traditional cable ones. Regarding the toilet flush . Dear Guest We apologise for the inconvenience you had. First of all if you remember precisely. You made a booking for a single of yourself. But you came along with 3 of your friends for whom you said that they are your friends who were refusing to give their valid Government Id's. After questioning by the night staff 2 of your friends misbehaved and threatened our night staff saying they are the local influencer guys who can do any harm.Since it's a matter of safety of other guests we don't allow anybody without proper IDs . Because of this incident we had to call local police station and forwarded your name and details along with names of your friend to station incharge We don't tolerate any such illegal nuisance. Before maligning the name of anyone . We strongly suggest you to not do any such unethical and nuisance acts. Thanks & Regards Sunstays

Good stay
The room is comfortable for one person, though it might be a bit compact for couples or families. That said, the other amenities are all very good and well-maintained.

Property location is very simple it located in front of roadways bus stand and the best part is there is a mosque from where i went for pray.

stay was good, 5 minutes for check-in process and the one thing is not good is the furniture. my bed was making sound during any movement of my body. it was not that good otherwise all thing is good...room size was small for double bed room

Hotel is clean and safe. Staff behavior is good. But some rooms are very suffocating. Windows are locked can't see outside the room. Overall hotel is good. I rated the hotel is average

Excellent amenities with great locatio
The hotel property is clean and well equipped. The staff was very polite with excellent services. I have requested for a milk. At late night but staff was very dedicated and have provided the same. It's a budget friendly with centre location in the city. I highly recommend this hotel to all the travellers who are visiting ajmer
