Hotel New Sundaram

I would not recommend booking this hotel. The location is tucked away inside very narrow streets, and the passage to the dargah is both cramped and unhygienic. I had booked 2 rooms for a family stay, but when I tried contacting the hotel upon arrival, my calls went unanswered. When I finally confronted them at the property, I was told the reception was “too busy” to answer — a very poor excuse for customer service. As for the rooms, they were nothing like the pictures. The photos are clearly taken with a wide-angle lens to make the rooms look larger, but in reality they were small, cramped, and had no proper ventilation. To make things worse, one of the rooms even had cockroaches. I understand it was a festive weekend and the place may have been crowded, but that cannot be an excuse for poor cleanliness and lack of basic hospitality. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Room is tooo small he give room no 305 leazard and spit of gutkha here and there very bad experience

When we went outside and when we came back the room was totally flooded with water

Good. But nobody came to help with television even after calling them twice and waiting for 4 hours.

Hotel staff extremely non co operative..Rooms are very small ,managers behaviour is very rude..not recommended others to stay…

We have booked two rooms of same type and price. But we received different types. One is little bit big and other one too small, especially washroom. Ac remote doesn’t have battery in it. Rooms are very congested and charging high prices than regular.
