location is good...but bathroom and room are very dirty...smell of room is very disturbing..never recommended

service is worst. water tap and shower leaked whole night with irritating sound. hand wash contains large amiunt of water with minimum soap. torn bedsheet given in exchange red stained bedsheet given. staff was not cooperative. shown on website and reality is different which hided many details. room is very small for three person which ocupied only double bed. third person given extra matress to sleep on floor is very disgusting with senior citizens to sleep on floor due to health issues. on the name of delux room is worst. its like animals to push in one room. its a very bad experience in my entire life of 65 yrd

Stay was pathetic in shanti palace hotel, ajmer. Breakfast was mentioned in booking papers but not provided by hotel administration. Washroom was not good. Housekeeping was not supportive. Even they not supportive to the senior citizens.

they did not provide shaving kit. Tooth brushes & toothpaste, newspaper : quality of drinking water not upto mark. No newspaper as they claim to offer. Toilet give bad smell. They do not change bed sheets on daily basis. Paid tea was however of good & at reasonable rate. Overall staff at reception needs more courtesy.

The ac was set at a particular temperature manually and i couldn’t change the temperature. I tried to call reception but it was unresponsive at 9:50 pm it was a ok ok experience
