AC was not working, fan was working opposite, toilet seat was broken and the yuck smell in the room

Good Stay
Decent hotel with basic amenities. It is within walking distance from railway station which is a plus. You have to pay additional charges for early check in though

Good Stay
Room was spacious and Wash Room was Neat and Clean. services were cordial and Friendly. However self Tea/cofee amenities in the Room was not Provided.

Terrible Stay
Food was good and services were good but amenities were terrible. They had us changed the rooms after one day which resulted in our wastage of time and effort. Only stay here if the booked room is available

Superb sta
The stay was amazing, though we only stayed here for a night but the hospitality is amazing. Loved the complimentary breakfast and the room was also neat and clean. I found this via mm t and got an amazing deal.

Need to improve
Bed was broken need to improve there was no ventilation in room. Tea was good and rest of things were ok

The hotel staff was courteous and we had a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and good service was provided. Some cons were parking was on the dusty road, the dinner facility closed early even after the staff promised. Restaurant cannot be used for family dinner since it was combined with bar, hence only room service can be taken if you have family. Dome

Location bahut shahi jagah par hai. Food quality achhi auro hygiene hai. Room service is very good. I like it.

I went first time alone to ajmer, room was good, clean and staff was also good. I had good experience about room, hotel distance everything but the food was little bit expensive otherwise everything was perfect and staff was supportive for anything.
