My parents stayed there and it became worst in terms of hospitality, rooms and breakfast. Not expected

It was a great experience, food and service was also good

good experience this trip good housekeeping service and good food quality restaurant area is very good

I have book the standard room, but the photo shown was way different then the actual room. We can spell it as lowest quality room, then we have to change the room with extra 1000 rs for the delux room

Loved the hotel, absolutely peaceful. Friendly staffs. You can order food meal direct your room by menu call. Book it from mm t to get the cheapest price. If you go there direct they will ask higher price.

I have been there for 3 nights and it is located within 2 km to dargah shariff and within 4 kms to ajmer railway station. Only 2 issues in hotel. 1. Hot water is available only in morning and 2nd one is no bills they don’t provide bill. I recommend the hotel for stay 4/5 for hotel, family friendly and staff behaviour is good, good quality of food and rooms

Yesterday i booked hotel in ajmer from @makemytrip and when i saw the hotel room i was shocked the room was a lot of dirt, there was garbage in the dustbin the washroom was also very dirty and there was garbage in the dustbin of the washroom too & mattress is too hard. So that customer has no other option, pathetic service i want my full refund. @makemytripcare

Very nice place for all kinds of travellers - family or friends or solo. Great location with parking. Excellent interior of the hotel with lift. And best service by the staff absolutely respectful and helping.

They provide me a room with no wifi no water not clean didnt gave me a bill because kf gst will get charged glasses were dirty they charged me extra i let the room within a day not even single staff was cooperative their intercom is not working nothing was great about the hotel n the staff pl-zits a request dont update anything on mmt before checking the hotel

Price highr room not good only single fan in room room is very hot 2 water bottle price 100 and mrp 20 staff behavior not good

Hotel was decent and food was really tasty will re-book if visited again.
