it's great place to stay nice mountain view..and room neet and clean grandn area asm ..there are child activities and sweeming pool was good and restorant food delicious yummy.. thanks to riya mam and arvind avinas

Everyone was Helpfull and courteous, I checked in at 12:30 am but still found staff very active. Even the Resturant staff was warm gestured.

properties very far from the local areas there is a always problem in travelling because we don't get local auto or ola Uber cab with respect to amenities and services there is a lizard in the room

My Experience on 27 February 2025 at Royal Paradise Resort on Ajmer Bypass
Location and property is good. Paid Food - Dinner - Quality was also fairly good. B’fast not availed as departed around 07am & it starts after 08am. Hence can’t comment on ibid& has not provided NOTA option, I am compelled to click on Good. However, it was observed that the staff is not adequately trained / conversant with providing the requisite 3star services / facilities to the Guests. Every thing from toiletries to dust bin/ bathroom slippers etc etc had to be demanded using personal Mbl since the Intercom was unserviceable. I have recommended to the staff on duty to make a detailed check list for items which should be available in the Room. The concerned supervisor needs to cross check well in advance & ensure their availability , ie, well before the arrival of Guest. Hopefully, The Mgt takes note of suggestions to make the stay of Guests more enjoyable & memorable. Without prejudice & Best Wishes - From Veteran Air Marshal Yugal Negi VSM

Don’t go. Poor maintenance—leaky spouts, noisy fans, and unclean rooms.
The rooms need better maintenance, as cleaning was not up to the mark. Additionally, the plumbing across the entire resort requires urgent attention—every spout was leaking. The ceiling fans were also noisy, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the guest experience.

Hotel was good but the staff was not cooperating with us. And they were delaying in food and breakfast orders

Unfinished Structure....Dirty Swimming Pools...Poor Service....Had to change 3 Rooms due to multiple issues...No Facilities available as listed...Charged high for food & water....

Rooms are clean but only issue with electricity. In the morning electricity was not available. Complimentary water bottles were also given.

Below expectations
Amenities mentioned are not available. Had to change multiple rooms due to function-less devices. Doors are not secure. Poor management. Basic facilities of a lodge. Can’t rate more than that. Washrooms are unhygienic. Dispensers are empty.
