Review Of HOTEL NAJAF PALACE

Room bed and bed sheet was not clean was not good and even the smell around the floor had good time but it was not that worth u can find more better in that price range

No room service, rooms smaller than what was shown in the pictures, staff did not show any empathy to an unwell guest. did not have basic amenities in place. only fancy pictures shown on booking sites and social media.

I would have given them 0 star rating. Pathetic service by the hotel staffs! for geyser, you have to ask the reception to switch it on/off. No daily room service or cleaning was provided by the hotel even after our repeated requests for the mandatory & inclusive room services. Even for drinking water we have to call them 3-4 times. Also, the room they provided was different than the room i selected & paid for. They are charging very much compared to the services they are providing. Dont waste your money by booking this hotel rather there are other good options near to the dargah sharif campus

First of all I thing staff was not happy to receive MMT customer they prefer direct/cash customer, they assigned me room with broken door lock, toiletries were not provided, even for daily room cleaning I have to argue with the receptionist. Property is new and near Delhi gate.

location is fine its near Delhi gate, service and people ten on ten very helpful and kind ,food was average and rooms are very tiny , they were generous enough to give us a little big room on next day but rooms are very small and not that clean,

We checked our early from hotel and said we would be back and would need room for 15 minutes. front counter agreed. When we returned at front desk was not there. He started arguing and said we cannot give room this way. The was he was talking was very bad. He called and he confirmed the commitment he had done but still was not allowing everyone to go to room. It was surprising that had no issues for performing i was allowing to use room for 15 mins. We had seen arguing on this check out issue with couple of other families too. The way he talks shouting is insulting, he does not knows what it is to be in Hospitality industry.

Hotel staff was cooperative but bath heater was not working, TV not working, Electrical kettle not working

The hotel ambience was nice.. although the restaurant was not open and we have to get everything to eat from outside... overall good experience

It was a wonderful stay at Hotel Najaf Palace... Comfortable and well mannered supporting staff.

Service was not good we have booked 2 rooms for 11 person but 1 room we got at 11 pm and that was also taking so many time follow up, so many time hotel Management told to change the room.. I have booked so many times but this time it was 3rd class service.. I request you to please don't suggest this hotel to any one.. Additionally hotel reception person told us to to change room of 7 person in mid night at 11 pm after talking with hotel owner they aggred not to change.. So if possible request to please refund our amount for 1 room. Looking forward for good service from ur side... Thanks Deepak Yadav

Every thing was exceptional in najaf palace enjoyed my stay there

Overall Experience is good. Room is not specious.Very small sizes room. TV channels are not coming. Staffs are very polite & service was good.

Everything was fine but room was too small and wifi is also not working from mid night to next day afternoon data is also not working at the property

The place is newly constructed and very close to dargah and delhi gate. 2 minutes walk to delhi gate and 7-10 minutes walk to dargah. Staff sharif and wasim were very hardworking and very pro-active with assistance. Highly recommended for female travellers or families. Neat and clean rooms and toilet.

Excellent service nice welcome. Rooms, bathroom overall whole building was neat and clean. Staff were softly speaking with good humour. Overall excellent
