I would like to clarify that my issue is not with the hotel itself, as I have stayed here previously and had a good experience. However, this time I booked through MakeMyTrip (MMT), and I am extremely disappointed with the service provided.
In my past visits, the hotel has always provided additional amenities such as slippers, a dental kit, towels, and other essentials. Unfortunately, during this stay booked via MMT, none of these were offered. Additionally, the room allotted was not up to the usual standard. I even requested an upgrade, but was informed that no rooms were available.
This experience has left me very dissatisfied with MMT's service.
