Hotel room property is totally damaged with Seelan , smale with rain water full night , restaurant cook is not proper Trained , wroste service ,

No parking space in hotel teribble smell in lobby area and room is too much small over priced property

It's very nice. very prime location to Dargah sarif. Good hospitality. Food also good. Next time definitely ll stay here.

I would like to clarify that my issue is not with the hotel itself, as I have stayed here previously and had a good experience. However, this time I booked through MakeMyTrip (MMT), and I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. In my past visits, the hotel has always provided additional amenities such as slippers, a dental kit, towels, and other essentials. Unfortunately, during this stay booked via MMT, none of these were offered. Additionally, the room allotted was not up to the usual standard. I even requested an upgrade, but was informed that no rooms were available. This experience has left me very dissatisfied with MMT's service.

All wall are complete slippage, Bad Smells in room with out side Noise,used Bed sheet and towel,Hole night bathroom tap was leaking, no pot flush, even side table have no charging point. Beg for breakfast. Overall worst.

The room had no hot water facility.. The room infrastructure is detoriated and requires a redo
