It’s so worst experience in hotel. Cockroaches are near by my Bad and i have taken video for the same. In the name of Regenta they are serving the worst service.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Here are the issues i faced:
business1. Hygiene issues: the bedsheets and towels were very dirty, which is completely unacceptable. 2. Small restaurant and poor food quality: the restaurant is tiny, and the food quality was below average. The service was painfully slow. 3. Air conditioning problems: the ac in my room wasn’t working. Despite multiple requests to switch it on, i didn’t get any proper response from the staff and had to endure my stay without ac. 4. Unresponsive reception: in the morning, the kettle wasn't working. I tried calling the reception, but no one answered as there was no staff available to handle the issue. 5. Noise issues: the rooms are so poorly insulated that i could clearly hear voices from the adjacent room. This makes it highly unsuitable for families or anyone seeking privacy. 6. Tiny rooms: the rooms are extremely small and not worth the price. Overall, this was one of my worst hotel experiences. Luckily, i was staying alone, but i would strongly advise against choosing this hotel, especially if you’re traveling with family. Let me know if you’d like to adjust anything!

Terrible Stay
We book three rooms, 405, 108, 310 all are worst rooms are not well clean no ac working. Toilats are even not clean no landline working of room no. 405. Seems it's under maintenance

Pathetic experience with respect to food and room quality
soloLocation was flooded, back side door was given to commute with unsafe entry and exit. No restaurant was there food bought from out side and no timely offer the breakfast.

Excellent Stay
Our experience at the regenta inn embassy in ajmer was exceptional. The combination of top-notch service, facilities, and location made our trip memorable. Although it was recommended by a friend, i also highly recommend the regenta inn embassy to anyone visiting ajmer, whether for business or a visit to the dargah.

A holy visit
businessConsidering ajmer is a holy city, the front desk experience that i had with mr. Nizam made me experience the holiness and the calmliness of this city. Located at the heart of the city, this hotel is a 5 minute walk from the shrine. Food was mouthwatering. I ordered dal tadka which may seem like a simple dish, but it was cooked so well that i finished it with a spoon. You can imagine the taste these guys have if someone is eating plain dal tadka with a spoon. Food and room tarrif was reasonable. Recommended for family and solo visits

First room was not up to what we expect it's like a local hotel whatever the amineties provided in other hotels hear they are not provided everything we need to like beginning it's frustrating rubbish i am not recommend to any body any thing ask no we are not provided sorry to say i never stayed like this hotel
