Very bad room and staff members

It’s so worst experience in hotel. Cockroaches are near by my Bad and i have taken video for the same. In the name of Regenta they are serving the worst service.

there was a window that wasa not getting close properly rest everything was good, the staff was good and the manager was too good and having friendly nature.

I am stayed Ajmer Hotel Regenta ambessy inn .it was pleasant experience . check in very smooth . Room is very clean well maintained and staff very helpful . housekeeping was good . I didn't get the breakfast right. thank you

Cleanness inside the hotel, the carpet should be cleaned. The room should be clean. Front desk behaviour is good, location is good.food did not try. Thx

Hotel is so so and room service is very poor. Room is good but smelly overall average hotel.

1. Hygiene issues: the bedsheets and towels were very dirty, which is completely unacceptable. 2. Small restaurant and poor food quality: the restaurant is tiny, and the food quality was below average. The service was painfully slow. 3. Air conditioning problems: the ac in my room wasn’t working. Despite multiple requests to switch it on, i didn’t get any proper response from the staff and had to endure my stay without ac. 4. Unresponsive reception: in the morning, the kettle wasn't working. I tried calling the reception, but no one answered as there was no staff available to handle the issue. 5. Noise issues: the rooms are so poorly insulated that i could clearly hear voices from the adjacent room. This makes it highly unsuitable for families or anyone seeking privacy. 6. Tiny rooms: the rooms are extremely small and not worth the price. Overall, this was one of my worst hotel experiences. Luckily, i was staying alone, but i would strongly advise against choosing this hotel, especially if you’re traveling with family. Let me know if you’d like to adjust anything!

We book three rooms, 405, 108, 310 all are worst rooms are not well clean no ac working. Toilats are even not clean no landline working of room no. 405. Seems it's under maintenance

Very unhinged room hotel and restaurant also my room out side found so many things

The stay was good. But the room was opened to clean without our permission. When we had been out. This was something to our surprise how can they open the room for room service when we are not available

Location was flooded, back side door was given to commute with unsafe entry and exit. No restaurant was there food bought from out side and no timely offer the breakfast.

Our experience at the regenta inn embassy in ajmer was exceptional. The combination of top-notch service, facilities, and location made our trip memorable. Although it was recommended by a friend, i also highly recommend the regenta inn embassy to anyone visiting ajmer, whether for business or a visit to the dargah.

Considering ajmer is a holy city, the front desk experience that i had with mr. Nizam made me experience the holiness and the calmliness of this city. Located at the heart of the city, this hotel is a 5 minute walk from the shrine. Food was mouthwatering. I ordered dal tadka which may seem like a simple dish, but it was cooked so well that i finished it with a spoon. You can imagine the taste these guys have if someone is eating plain dal tadka with a spoon. Food and room tarrif was reasonable. Recommended for family and solo visits
