location of hotel is good and overall stay also good. dargah was at walkable distance. check in and check out very smooth. service also good, provided hot on request for bath.

Extremely poor. The room was not of worth than 500 Rs. Very poor service. The rooms were flighty and not cleaned prior. We have to request again and again to get it cleaned. There was no water supply to both of rooms also half of the time electricity was not there. Staff behaviour was rude abd looked that they didnt care abt ratings. Overall experience terrible. They were holding remote of ac which was not working well even in the night time when I need to down the temperature I went to reception to ask about remote because landline was the morning three time went for reception for water into washroom. That's why I given 2.

For hotel venus the rooms were good enough the staff was good but the service is not up to the mark and the quality of food should get little increase. Cleanliness should also be maintained and should be cleaned daily. Rest it's an average hotel

Nice and comfortable stay. I enjoyed very much with my family. Location is in the centre of the city and we didn't needed a vehicle for sightseeing. And the food was also good.

The location is within 1 km from akbar palace and dargah. Parking available in the basement. Rooms are average. But at the available price, it can be considered value for money.
