Lift not working to much issue not happy to service room not clean staf behaviour is Good food quality it's ok

Hotel was very interior, very hard to locate, hygiene was very poor, all the night there was noice of people outside my room.

Room was not as per expectation. The bathroom was not well maintained

location is not convenient.... veg food is not so well... feeled auckward ...🥺🥺🥺🥺

Cleaning is very bad. And i paid deluxe room but it’s a not a deluxe room. It’s a very poor room and and very bad room. I feel the very bad smalling in the room

We have stayed at hotel mittal inn 3 - 4 times before covid period and that time their services & infrastructure was better and food quality was also good. But now we have stayed there after a long time of 4 years. But this time we experienced that their food quality is not so good as compare to their quality of past. Even room service is also little bit slow. Infrastructure is maintained properly and housekeeping is also good. Staff is also cooperative specially their managers & service boy deepak. Rest is ok. Food quality of their neighborhood "hotel royal ajmer" is far better than hotel mittal inn and the ambience of restaurant of hotel royal ajmer is far better than mittal inn and cost is also not too high. Hence, we had taken our few meal there. Just shared our feedback with you, as requested. Sorry we don't have any images available with us.

The room no. 306 was good. However some termites damaged its wooden frame. The hotel authority somehow managed to maintain it. The staff were very cooperative, especially both managers sharma ji & bell ji. Food was good, but takes too much time to deliver. Overall it was a nice stay with family.

There is no parking for vehicles and hotel is in very interior area Overall experience was worst.

The service was very bad. There was neither wifi nor the tv was working. The bedsheet was also dirty, despite telling them they did not change the bedsheet the whole day and changed it at night. The restaurant was also not clean. It was a very bad experience this time please get me the same as the photo you uploaded. Get me the service that you promise to provide.

However it's a good and lovely stay i'm staying with my whole family also the staff was supportive with all services and place also in prime location but just a little bite inside gally

Horrible hotel. Never book this. It's a big "no" from my side. Have to walk so much as it's located in a gali. Unhygienic rooms and toilets. Checked in for 2 hours and than had to check out and book another hotel. When i asked refund from mm t they denied. Never book this hotel until u can adjust in a dustbin.

Location was not good like other hotels which are close to dargah. So congested. Internet was not working well. Staff was good, helpful and decent.

The hotel was not up to the mark, very poor housekeeping, i was with my family in this hotel, i told them 2 days before check in that i want late check out due to my train timing was at 9pm, i was ready to pay them 50% amount of 1day i. E. Around rs as they only told me to pay. Everything he was telling hojayega in the call but when the time came he made us out at 12am only and started telling chat-ti sharif hai room ka demand hai very bad nature from the hotel. No humanity and hospitality at all, as we are total 4 adult and 2 child, i was taken hotel room with breakfast for all. But he provided us only for 4 adult breakfast and started telling no breakfast included for child. This hotel is not good for family.
