I recently had the opportunity to stay at Kingsway Hotel & Restaurant in Ajmer and had a pleasant experience. The HOTEL KINGSWAY AND RESTAURANT is well-maintained, and the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality. Their communication and responsiveness were particularly commendable, which added to the overall positive experience. The service was efficient, and the food was of high quality. While there are a few areas with scope for improvement, I am confident that these will be addressed in due course. Overall, kingsway Hotel offers a comfortable and welcoming stay, and I would recommend it for its excellent service and attentive staff.

Facility was amazing and all staff was friendly and kind. Especially club lounge was so good. Appreciate casey and cora for all help. They recognize our family everytime i visit. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. There was nobody at the pool when i visited, view was fantastic. Room was very big and spacious, front desk check in staff was also very kind.

The rooms, food and service at this Hotel Kingsway in Ajmer were exceptional. The ambiance of the Hotel was truly remarkable. It is a must-visit destination for families and friends looking to gather. I extend my best wishes to the management and staff for their outstanding efforts.

We selected the Kingsway based on the rates & proximity to Dargah; HOTEL KINGSWAY AND RESTAURANT staff well mannered & service was prompt; they also upgraded our room to four bed at the same price ! food was good though a bit pricey ! Overall a pleasant experience !

Hotel Wifi was not working, provided drinking water was contaminated. Telephone was not working until next morning.
