Review Of Hotel Plaza Inn

AC is not working, Some places patches, In bathroom ventilation door is opened, TV also not working, room was not clean, very smelly room, and I have extra bed in my booking that is also not provided, they charge early check in also 600 rs that is I am check out at morning 5am.

The condition of the Rooms are Tariable The Door locks are broken. The bathroom taps are not working and difficult to Oprate. Even after paying additional charges for early check-in, the service was poor. No breakfast was provided and I have charged for the same. I don't recommend this place

Early check-in was heavy chargeable and rooms wall paint was peeling off.

Clean property good food and clean toilets. Need to open restaurant for their better development. Highly recommend

The Hotel is Far from the crowd and it is very ventilated with Hill view. The hotel is in the middle of Ajmer Junction and the Mazaar of Khwaja Gareeb Nawaaz. The food in the Hotel is also good.

We stayed there for a night, however the staff was very polite and check in was very smooth.Clealiness needed to improve.Pigeon was there out the window and their beats fell on our car,however they helped us to clean the same but needed to put pigeon nets.Overall stay was satisfied.

The receptionist is not friendly at all, I arrived there with my family late night, his tone was rude.

-Hiegine was not good -There was no refrigerator however it was mentioned when I booked the hotel -Tap were not working properly, looked rusty and not maintained well -Toilet's jet spray was not working properly -Bedsheets were not cleaned

.we reached early before cheque in time.But the hotel manager did not allow us to wait in the lobby.They won,t allow us to sit there for cheque in time.The manager said before 12pm they dont allow us to wait in the lobby.The behaviour of the manager also very rude.

Room were clean, my parents liked the stay. But breakfast which was added in booking for day they just provided for 1 person.
