Hotel is very good, facilities are very nice. Staff is very polite and dealing with customer very well. Specially mention here that Mr Dinesh helped us a lot as I left my handbag there, he proactively informed us and arrange courtier immediately. I think such a honest and polite employees are the reason for smile to customers. I really thank him from bottom of my hearts.

We recently stayed at Sterling Pushkar and found the location to be a major advantage. The property is conveniently situated close to all major tourist attractions, making local travel hassle-free. However, our experience was impacted by two significant concerns. Firstly, during our stay, there was an event held in the banquet hall. The music from the event was excessively loud, causing considerable disturbance to guests. Unfortunately, the loud music continued even beyond 10 PM, which was quite disappointing from a hospitality perspective. Secondly, the dining experience fell short of expectations. The food menu offered limited choices, both in à la carte and buffet. Moreover, the service quality was subpar. During breakfast, the staff appeared to be inadequately equipped to handle the number of guests. We experienced considerable delays in receiving basic items like parathas, and overall service during peak breakfast hours was chaotic and poorly managed
