Sanitation and cleaning very bed, room and bathroom are in very bed quality, response by supervisor was very rude. Never advise to any one for stay at.

जो फोटो app पर दिखाए गए उससे अलग ही कमरे थे, कमरों में फोन नहीं, कोई रूम सर्विस नहीं, पानी की बोतल भी काउंटर पर जाकर लानी पड़ रही थी, खाने पीने की कोई सुविधा नहीं, AC room book किया था तो उसमें पंखा ही नहीं लगाया हुआ। TV चल नहीं रहा। अच्छा 200 Rs की सराय में रहना ज्यादा अच्छा होगा।

worst room with no ceiling fan, broken bucket, dirty bedsheet, broken window nd accessories, no TV and all. I think MMT must take action this kind of hotels which will make money and try to become ppl fool.

This is an abadoned hotel with few rooms operational and rest hotel looks deserted with no cleaning, haunted place like experience. Safety will be a concern. No room service, no intercom, sound of vehicles honks and train horn whole night.

The hotel has good facilities. The railway station is nearby. There is a hotel on the road. There is no problem of any kind.

Boiler in hotel doesn’t work and y take room booking when property is under redevelopment

Tv was not working in the room hotel location is good, hotel staff is good. Drinking water was not available.

Honesty should be there. Because guest are new to cities.

I am writing to report an incident that occurred on may 11, 2024, during my visit to sky grill restaurant located in ajmer, rajasthan. While dining with my family, i encountered an accident due to the negligence of the restaurant. As i was walking towards my table, i slipped and fell into the swimming pool area. The narrow space between the table and the pool, along with the wet floor, posed a significant hazard. Moreover, there were no warning signs, and the dim lighting made it difficult to perceive the danger. Unfortunately, the pool was empty, blending with the dark floor, exacerbating the risk. As a result of the fall, i sustained significant leg injuries. Following a medical examination at a local government hospital in ajmer, it was determined that i had multiple fractures requiring immediate treatment, including surgery. Subsequently, i arranged for transportation back to delhi for further medical attention. Should you require any further information or clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me. Very bad stay with lizards, dirty washroom , not gud at all

Very poor maintenence. No fans in the room.. Ac not working. Tvs not working. Totaly its very bad. Toilets bad smell. In one our i change three rooms but all rooms. Lot of problems. Its very bad management forfamence is very bad 🤷🏾‍♂️🫢

Very bad wifi. No water in the wash basin. The bed and the mattress were very bad. The staff is so senile.

Worst experience. No lights for specific room, no fan, no service, rooms in bad condition, extremely rude staff, no amenities as shown.

Terrible stay room is not clean washroom like a drainage(gutter) bad smell in room i ordered a tea like ragada i just vomiting taste this tea i not recommended anyone stay this property

Super experience best the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (l. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and i didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

The room was fine, bed was decent. Toilets were decent. I mean if you have a train with 24 hours and you need a place to keep luggage, freshen up, quick nap and hang out in the city, this hotel best choice because it's connected to railway station. There is a rooftop club and swimming pool too if you want leisure, don't consider
