Actually i was not allotted room in hotel satyam and they gave us room in their other hotel, hotel sunder-am 10 mnts from hotel satyam. Nice hotel, rooms were good, but moving with family in rush time was difficult as we have to carry luggage by our own that was the bad part otherwise everything was fine.

familyWe need to walk about 1 km to reach the hotel. No vehicle access. 2 days before we have requested for our arrival time and check out timings from 11. 00 pm to 8 pm. But they refused and charged 2000 extra. Bad experience. On check out they helped us to reach auto stand with our luggage.
