The hotel is very bad and the dinner is not good staff is not good

The property is really superb, the reception people are so helpful, the food the served was excellent in taste and hygiene, the amenities which they provided were of good quality.

Excellent service and cleaning also good car parking available in this hotel and near Dargha Sharif Glorious

Overall, family suite rooms are best in this hotel for the families who wants to stay. Water and all facilites are also good, Food is also good. Experience was better in Fortune Plaza hotel.

left hotel early in the morning at 6:30 AM, since there was still time for breakfast I asked the hotel to reconsider the cost adjustment of breakfast. But the staff denied

I had book Fortune Plaza one room in Makemy trip but i had early Check in the Hotel they had Charged extra 800 Rupees for me and the Service also not good and In the Room also the AC Not working properly kindly I had informing to you don’t prefer this hotel at Ajmer Junction

The only thing I liked about the hotel is hygiene and food. But facilities are very poor. And welcoming of guest is terrible. Poor hospitality by Mr. Vishal. The facilities provided in the voucher don't match with the room facilities atall. The manager isn't aware on the difference of King sized and Queen sized bed. He was very aggressive. However, the other staffs were well mannered and Mr. Nithin was polite and co-operative throughout our two days stay. Managers need soft skill training to treat guests well and accept their mistake on not providing the facility similar to what is mentioned in the voucher . Also for devotees the location is too far. Dargah Shariff visit has to be done through Rikshaw every time you need to go. I request MMT to have better co-ordination with hotel managers to have 100% authenticity in services mentioned in the voucher. Hope to have better experience in the future with MMT Hotels. Overall rating I would give 3stars. Thankyou!
