Hotel is situated in central part of city where local transportation services are available. Rooms are little small but maintain properly. Staff is cooperative and they allow us to stay little more hrs after check out time.

Horrible stay
When we enter the hotel room that is badly smell and informed to the reception, I didn't get any response from the hotel.

Very average stay , they provide me room in which washbasin is broken and also leakage in it, and also direct room.

Excellent Stay
I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Good Stay
The Staff was good. Very Courteous. Morning breakfast was tasty with limited options. The room had a very low ceiling with a hand touching the Fan if you want to change. So that was something you had to be careful about. There was an open pipe in the toilet from which rats noise was coming. It wasn't covered. Rest was acceptable and good. One could visit again but avoid that particular room.

Its very easily accessible from main bus stand of Ajmer, however we can find google maps as well. Hotel is good food is very nice and rooms are so comfortable and cozy🖤

Restaurant services were very poor…delayed on serving….only few oily items in breakfast….no Parking facility…Not recommending to Anyone…

Not a pleasant stay at all.
They do not adhere to their own commitments. While booking it was mentioned there will be 10-10 percent discount on food and drinks, well they didn’t provided that. Plus reframed their commitments with sub clauses like it is on limited food items or like on soft drinks only. It was not a pleasant stay at all. And there was no complimentary drinks even after mentioning. Also, room was having some discomforting smell all the time.

The aura of aura.
Hotel is at perfect location not at all difficult to find and is near access to most visiting historical places. The stay was comfortable and staff was helpful and polite. They have the best kitchen, food is extremely delicious. Must check out their sky lounge. It has the best terrace view and quite a vibe. Overall it has been a great stay.
