property location is great and reachable about in 30 min from Ajmer railway station and bus stand just you have to take shared auto line no. 7 from Ajmer bus stop and line no 4 from Ajmer railway station,food was great at hotle on reasonable rates , amenities are great also 2 waterbottle, bathroom all amenities provided , services and hotle staff is humble and very co operative

Rooms are dirty with very few amenities mentioned on the site. Staff is rude. No corners/ shelves in the bathroom for keeping the toiletries and no towel hangers as well. Bathrooms are dirty and so are the rooms. The restaurant staff is good but rest others lack manners n decency. As a female guest I was asked to take my luggage on my own. This is not something which we expect from any level of hospitality business. Special mention to the female staff on the reception counter- if u are an employee in a hotel then the first thing you need to learn is how to attend your guests .

Even tea is not proper Tea bags etc arrangements is poor Towels are not properly cleaned

It was a good stay, yet there is something I'd like to mention, hotel should get the room ready for stay before guest arrive. I stayed there multiple times but most of the times you have to ask for things like bathing essential, towels, bucket, etc. although when you ask you get it. Staff is helpful. Decent hotel.

Rooms were not maintained commensurate to the price of the room, there were spider webs on the bed pillow and side chair. Room bathroom had open glass windows easily accessible for view from outside. Landline phone in the room was not functional. Rooms service was also terrible as the staff took lot to time to attend to basic stuff.

The hotels under renovations. The whole systems hay wire. They have assured of better services…
