Rooms good but needs more cleaning. Breakfast schedule and variety should be better. Location was good.

Horrible stay, the management doens't even know the ethics of managing guests. Upon arrival we were allotted with a room that was full of dust and dirty, it was in same condition once the early guest had left the room. Upon multiple requests, they changed our room that too after cleaning another room right in front of us.

Food are good and the kitchen staffs are excellent. Reception management needs lots of improvements. The stay are very good.

it was an average stay. it is not as luxurious as they show in image and the property is not so good in condition. this hotel should be 2 star hotel not a 4 star

The hotel they show in the picture is totally different. The location is very poor. The maintenance of the hotel is not good. It deserves to be a 2 star hotel. I didn't take any image. As i was so tired. I directly went to sleep

No facilities for auto and public transport if you want to go early some where else you have to wait for long

We needed stay till evening still they charged us 500 for early check in at 9 am although there were plenty of rooms available

Does not have an electric kettle and they dont even give drinking water.

Very rude behavior of staff and manager they didn't even provide food they are disgusting do rude conversation and on evry point they are like u booked from company complain them even water isn't provided by them very harsh absolutely a worst experience. Whats else. That's enough. Behavior is rude they're like koi bhi dobara nhi aata (anyone doesn't come again) don't teach us how to deal what is this behaviour
