Review Of Deluxe Golden Hotel

So I have booked the hotel for my relative so the person with whom I was coordinating was rude . He was forcing to book the hotel directly and not from the app and the I have done the booking with inclusion of breakfast but he was like It is not included You have to pay extra for the breakfast So I shared him the booking details so he said that in my mail it is not showing and after some time he accept that breakfast is included then he was like you will get the limited food only etc etc

Gatiya hotel hai bilkul 4 class koi service nahi hai waha pe isase accha to dharmshala hoti hai koi nahi sunta hai.

Room was very dirty even bathroom was very dirty bed sheet ' room floor ' bathroom floor full of dirt unhygienic hotel please dont stay i manual book another hotel and check out from that hotel please dont stay and waste your money

Mri booking ke baad bhi hotel ne 500 lye mujhse. Room ke ac nhi working the light gai genretar bhi kharab the kya h ye.

It was a great experience at the deluxe golden hotel. The room was neat and clean, smelled good as well. The staffs were very helpful and kind. All the employees were ready to help. The food was good too. Overall, we had a comfortable and affordable stay at the place, all thanks to them.

The hotel was good rooms are clean and staff was cooperative.food,hot and cold water both available all over good 😊

Booking k time room bada dikhata but jab waha room mil a total different, early charges paid 400 r. No 102 103 bhool k bhi mat lena every night kutte bhokte hain neend puri nahi hogi. Geyser only 2 hrs milega hotel wall k hisab se, only loot maar kar rahe hain

1. Not kids friendly 2. Average Cleanliness with poor pillow with cover 3. Bathrooms not upto mark 4. Fridge not working

Cution and bedsheet was dirty and torn. After asking they changed the room it was better. Hotel owner was very rude and not talking properly

No electricity, no backup, room was not clean & many more was irrelevant.

1-there is no 24×7 hot water 2-when you will say that Time they will come to clean your room. 3-no proper blanket and bed sheet.(torn) 4-when you will say at that time they will come to change your bed sheet .

Firstly they charge everything double and almirah was so messy that i couldn't put any clothes there. Bathroom doesn't have exaust fan nor odonil no room freshner. Balcony was so dusty; internet connection was poor;every thing looks so perfect but when we try to use it every little things had default. Remote was not working how we will watch tv. We had reached before check in time because our train arrived earlier so hotel charged rs 500 for that they doesn't copreated with us

Good environment. Breakfast is very good, clean and clear room. Staff is very polite and helpful.

The bedsheet blanket was too dirty

Nothing spl to say as experience is bad and mood off entire family

Food is average restorant staaf and cleaning not boater

Food was tasty and location is near to the railway station, it took almost 5 min by e rickshaw.
Hotel provide tasty and budget friendly food and staff behaviour was very nice.

There is no sanatizer, bathroom room is not clean quilt is dirty, window lock is not there

Everything was good except the food. The staff was very polite and the room was also very good
